You love Barcelona. You may have lived here for years, or you might come frequently, either for work, or to visit friends and family. Or, maybe, you have arrived as a tourist and you strongly wish to have a pied-a-terre in the city.

And, what can I tell you? I am in love with Barcelona myself. I have lived in different areas of the city and all of them have given me excellent memories and experiences. And I’ll tell you more: my love for this city was what led me to work in the real estate sector. First, as a Research Consultant in a multinational real estate company and, since 2012, in my own business Rosatti Real Estate.

I also was a newcomer to Barcelona

I arrived to Barcelona in 2007. And I realized that, for someone coming from outside, it’s a complex city: there are many neighborhoods, located side by side, and the surroundings, the atmosphere and the streets can change within a few meters.

But, also, getting to know the city as a newcomer has been a fascinating process, which has allowed me to keep my eyes open, discover the peculiarities of every neighborhood and capture its essence. Every corner of the city has something different to offer.

And, by listening to each of my clients, I can clearly define which area will best correspond to their needs, whether aimed at getting a return on investment or enjoying a new property.

About Rosatti Real Estate

The idea of creating Rosatti Real Estate, my own boutique real estate consultancy, appeared when I was working as a consultant for another company.

I noticed that there was a lot of intermediation in the sector. And that, at the same time, there was a profile of customers, small and medium investors, who needed a different and a more personalized approach: a comprehensive advice and perspective, that would accompany them throughout the whole process of buying a property.

On the other hand, several friends and acquaintances from my country of origin, Argentina, were asking for my advice before purchasing a home in Barcelona.

The truth is that guiding and assisting people who want to buy a property has become my passion, as well as making their life easier and dedicating all my efforts to help them find the best offer. And that’s how, since 2012, I decided to transform my passion in my own business.

A little bit more about myself

I founded my first business in my country of origin, Argentina. After having studied Economics and worked in the Administration and Finance area of different companies, I decided to give shape to my own project, in the fashion sector.
I have been living in Barcelona since 2007. I pursued my MBA at EADA and I worked for four years at IESE Business School. That is where I got acquainted with the most cosmopolitan and international aspect of the city.
I love Barcelona: its architecture, its life, its culture and its proximity to the sea. Walking down the narrow streets, steeped in the history of the old part of the city, observing from a café the modernist buildings of l’Eixample, incessant hustle and bustle of Gracia…
I am continuously checking the residential market in Barcelona. Even in my spare time!
At present, I live in l’Eixample, together with my husband and my two children.
